For users who do not normally purchase yeast: Although we are not affiliated with them, we recommend Anchor Instant yeast, which contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It is readily available in many stores in 7 g and 10 g sachets. Anchor also indicate their product is gluten-free.

Coleman Royal Bakeries’ Bread Pizza Roti Wraps Naan bread flour mix is suitable for you to make allergy-friendly gluten-free (vegan) soft high fibre bread, pizzas, roti, wraps, naan bread and items where bread flour would be required.  Recipe instructions are included.
**Please note yeast is not included in this bulk pack (but is often included in several of our smaller pack sizes). Pizza restaurants and bakeries already have their own yeast.Each pack yields (if exclusively making a single product type):

– Gluten-free (formulation tested and suitable for coeliacs), and free from dairy, soya, corn and egg. Vegan.
– Contains no xanthan, guar gum or psyllium husk. Cellulose gum is used as it is “Generally Recognised as Safe” by the FDA.
– Contains no preservatives, colourants or flavourings.

Tapioca starch, rice flour, vegetable fibre, potato starch, sugar, vegetable gum (HPMC), salt.
