Description
Gluten-free Plain Flour is suitable for you to make cakes, muffins, biscuits, rusks, shortcrust pastry, pancakes and sauces.
(Note: bread, rolls, pizza and wraps/roti/naan have separate flour mixes that are more suitable.)
It is designed to be delicious and give normal expected results so that even gluten-eaters can enjoy it. It is a cup-for-cup replacement flour, allowing you to use ordinary recipes, with the flour substituted.
Also available in 500 g and 1 kg packages.
– Gluten-free (formulation tested and suitable for coeliacs), and free from dairy, soya, corn and egg.
– Contains no xanthan or guar gum. Cellulose gum is used as it is “Generally Recognised as Safe” by the FDA.
– Contains no preservatives, colourants or flavourings.

Tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, cellulose gum.
